Store Credit Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of the store credit.

  • Product Value: You will receive store credit equal to the product value (excluding original shipping charges).

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will also be issued as store credit upon providing proof of expense.

  • Usage: Store credit can be redeemed for any future purchase on kimayajewel.com.
